Online dispute resolution

Under EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution in consumer matters, consumers may settle disputes with businesses arising from online purchase or service contracts out of court via an online platform (ODR platform). This platform was set up by the European Commission and is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (cf. § 36 VSBG).
